Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information TryMana ("TryMana", "we", "us", or "our") collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and platform, which connect brands with creators for influencer marketing campaigns.

Information We Collect

  • Account and profile — the details you provide to set up and use your account: your name, email, and password (stored only in hashed form) or Google sign-in, plus any profile information you choose to add, such as a photo, bio, or company description.
  • Social account data — when you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, we retrieve profile-level statistics through a third-party provider, such as your username, follower and following counts, avatar, and verified status. We do not collect your posts or other content, and we never receive your social media password. To confirm you own the account, we briefly check your public bio for a verification code; that text is not stored.
  • Payment and financial — payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — only the card brand and last four digits. We also store Stripe account and customer identifiers and a record of your deal amounts, fees, payouts, and earnings.
  • Content you create — the campaigns, deal details, and files you upload, including deal documents, contracts, content drafts, and images.
  • Messages — the direct messages you exchange with other users on the platform.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the platform — matching brands and creators, and managing campaigns, deals, and escrow payments.
  • To communicate with you, including transactional emails such as verification codes and deal updates.
  • To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To understand usage and improve the product.
  • To meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described below, and we do not sell your personal data.

  • With other users— brands can see a creator's public profile and social statistics, and people you do deals with can see the deal details and messages you share with them.
  • Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law, or where we believe it is necessary to protect our users, enforce our terms, or prevent harm.

We work with service providers that help us operate the platform. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you can sign in with Google; other providers support hosting and file storage, email delivery, analytics, and social-profile data.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features. For usage insights we rely on Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Security

We protect your information with standard safeguards: data is encrypted in transit, passwords and one-time codes are stored only in hashed form, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We limit internal access and rate-limit sensitive actions to guard against abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our safeguards.

Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. One-time codes and rate-limit records expire automatically. When you delete your account from Settings, we anonymize or remove your personal data, though some records tied to completed transactions may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. If you join our waitlist, we keep your email until you ask us to remove it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can access and update your information, delete your account, disconnect a connected social account, or manage two-factor authentication from your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data — contact us using the details below to make a request.

Children and Minimum Age

TryMana is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

International Data Processing

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using TryMana, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
