Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use TryMana.

Please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the activity on your account, and you agree to let us know promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

TryMana provides the tools for brands and creators to agree on campaigns, share content, and handle payments. A campaign agreement is between the brand and the creator — TryMana is not a party to it, and we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of any deal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Brands fund a deal upfront, and the funds are released to the creator once the work is approved. We charge a service fee, which is shown before you confirm a transaction. Creators are paid out through Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Deals can be cancelled through the in-app flow. If a funded deal is cancelled, the brand is refunded the deal amount minus the service fee and payment-processing fee, which are non-refundable.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant TryMana a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the platform. Rights to campaign deliverables are governed by the agreement between the brand and the creator. Only upload content you have the rights to use.

When using TryMana, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, or use fake followers, engagement, or accounts.
• Send spam, harass others, or post illegal or infringing content.
• Scrape, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the platform.
• Arrange payment off-platform to avoid our fees.

When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, you confirm that you own or control it and agree to that platform's own terms. We retrieve public profile statistics as described in our Privacy Policy.

If a disagreement arises on a deal, you can raise a dispute in the app. We may help mediate, but we are not obligated to and are not responsible for the outcome between users.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Some obligations, such as records tied to completed transactions, continue after your account is closed.

TryMana is provided "as is", without guarantees of matches, results, or earnings, or that the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TryMana is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for the agreements and disputes between users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use TryMana after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
